Installing StrangeBrew
If you have already installed StrangeBrew, follow the upgrade instructions. If this is the first time you've installed StrangeBrew, follow the new installation instructions.
Installing the full version of Strangebrew
Download and unzip these two files into a temporary directory:

NOTE: This is R2, which fixes a divide-by-zero bug in R1. If you are getting this bug, download this new version. Some people are reporting problems downloading from strangebrew.ca. If you find your download is not working, try the bodensatz download mirror (many thanks to Alan McKay for providing this service!):

Run the setup.exe file. Follow the instructions to install StrangeBrew. Go to Start -> Programs -> StrangeBrew -> Brew to run the program.
You can delete the files from the temporary directory when you are finished the installation.
Upgrading StrangeBrew
To upgrade StrangeBrew 1.7 to 1.8, download the sb18_upgrade.zip file, unzip it to a temporary directory, and run the setup.exe file. Install the upgrade to your existing StrangeBrew folder. Before running StrangeBrew 1.8, run the 18upgrade.exe file first.
Note: I strongly recommend that you backup your StrangeBrew database before upgrading. The example below is for v1.7, v.1.8 is identical except the version numbers are 1.7 and 1.8.
